2021 Annual Meeting of Shareowners and Proxy Materials

Honeywell will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareowners virtually due to the public health impact of COVID-19, and to support the health and well-being of its shareowners, employees, and communities. The Annual Meeting of Shareowners will be held in a virtual-only format on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. EDT. Shareowners will not be able to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareowners in person.

The virtual meeting will be held at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HON2021. To attend, please log in 15 minutes before the meeting using the 16-digit control number found in the proxy materials previously distributed to you. Please send an email to investorrelations@honeywell.com if you cannot locate your control number. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Conduct available here. Shareowners may submit questions for management either in advance or during the meeting. To submit a question in advance, please visit www.proxyvote.com at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting and log in using your 16-digit control number. Please include your name and email address when submitting questions. Questions that relate to a specific proposal to be voted on during the meeting should specifically identify the proposal by name and must be submitted in advance.

A transcript and replay of the meeting will be posted at investor.honeywell.com for 30 days following the meeting.
