2026 Annual Meeting of Shareowners and Proxy Materials

To attend, please log in 15 minutes before the meeting using the 16-digit control number found in the proxy materials previously distributed to you. If you cannot locate your control number, please email investorrelations@honeywell.com. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Conduct (PDF). Shareowners may submit questions for management either in advance or during the meeting. To submit a question in advance, please visit www.proxyvote.com (opens in a new tab) at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting and log in using your 16-digit control number. Please include your name and email address when submitting questions. Questions that relate to a specific proposal to be voted on during the meeting should specifically identify the proposal by name and must be submitted in advance.
A transcript and replay of the 2026 Annual Meeting will be posted for 30 days following the meeting.
