2025 Annual Meeting of Shareowners and Proxy Materials

Honeywell will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareowners in a virtual-only format on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. EDT. 

The virtual meeting will be held at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/HON2025. To attend, please log in 15 minutes before the meeting using the 16-digit control number found in the proxy materials previously distributed to you. Please send an email to investorrelations@honeywell.com if you cannot locate your control number. For technical assistance immediately before or during the meeting, please call 844-986-0822 (domestic) or 303-562-9302 (international).

The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Conduct available here. Shareowners may submit questions for management either in advance or during the meeting. To submit a question in advance, please visit www.proxyvote.com at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting and log in using your 16-digit control number. Please include your name and email address when submitting questions. Questions that relate to a specific proposal to be voted on during the meeting should specifically identify the proposal by name and must be submitted in advance.

A transcript and replay of the meeting will be posted here for 30 days following the meeting.
